IED Torino shines at the Progold3D Design Contest 2025, the prestigious international event dedicated to jewelry design.
Set against the backdrop of the Teatro Palladio at Fiera di Vicenza, Davide Chiarito, a student of Jewelry & Accessories Design at IED Torino, was awarded the top prize for his innovative interpretation of the theme “The Crivelli Man.” His classmate, Ludovica Gay, also excelled as a finalist, showcasing exceptional talent and creativity.
For the third consecutive year, IED Torino stands at the forefront of the competition, securing first place thanks to its students' ability to blend innovation, cutting-edge technology, and a unique approach to design. The jury, comprising experts from Progold S.p.A., the Crivelli maison, and the Platinum Guild International, praised the projects for their visionary use of materials such as platinum and sandblasted titanium, as well as their ability to reinterpret Crivelli’s style in a contemporary way.
With over 200 projects submitted by 98 students from 8 international schools, the Progold Design Contest confirms its status as a global showcase for talent. The winning jewelry pieces will be displayed at Progold S.p.A.’s booth during the Vicenza Oro fair, celebrating the creativity of a new generation of designers.
