The communication market for the arts and culture industry is highly competitive and constantly evolving.
Due to its specific characteristics, this sector requires professionals capable of applying a dual perspective (focusing on both content and production), for all communication activities aimed at end users, but also for teaching and curating activities.
The Bachelor's Program in Communication and Promotion of Contemporary Artistic Heritage is designed to train you as a professional who can combine strategy and creativity for cultural projects on any scale.
During the three year Bachelor's Program, you will acquire an extensive knowledge of traditional and digital tools as well as develop a flair for multi-disciplinary approaches and teamwork. All these skills are in high demand in this branch of communication.

Issued Degree:

Communication and Promotion of Contemporary Artistic Heritage is the course dedicated to those who wish to work in the field of communication for art, film, photography, theatre, publishing and music.

Over the three years you will study disciplines with a historical approach, which will allow you to build the cultural and analytical foundations necessary to deal with different types of contexts.
Other disciplinary fields will strengthen your skills on methodological approaches that are ideal for effective communication. Finally you will test everything you have learnt in the design subjects, characteristic of the IED approach. You will have the opportunity to work on real cases in direct collaboration with companies and institutions.
You will learn how to use the key technological tools required to work in the field of communication.
In order to be successful in international work contexts, you must have an effective command of at least one other EU language, in addition to Italian.
During the course, you will learn the theoretical and critical notions needed to interpret the issues of contemporary communication in the relevant sector in a transversal manner, knowing how to balance the differences with respect to the general panorama.

You will take an in-depth look at approaches and developments to build integrated communication plans, capable of leading, bringing or maintaining the project to levels of excellence and competitiveness on the international scene. You will develop suitable knowledge and a critical view of the concepts of: target population, audience, users, consumers and more generally of interlocutors to realise that the final audience of contemporary heritage must play an active role in the communication process.

Second year

Third year
