Carol launches an innovative project in collaboration with the students of the Master Program in User Experience Design to improve the digital experience of primary care, focusing on personalization

Carol, the first telemedicine provider in Italy authorized as a virtual general medicine clinic in the private sector, has recently launched an innovative project in collaboration with the students of the Master Program in User Experience Design at IED Milano. The aim of the project is to transform and enhance the digital experience of primary care, focusing on the creation of a comprehensive care ecosystem.

Carol seeks to meet patients' needs with services like video consultations, chat with the medical team, prescriptions, and expanding into other clinical areas such as nutrition, psychology, and pediatrics. The app is dedicated to companies that choose to offer this service to their employees and their families.

The main focus of the project is the personalization of the service, aiming to address the specific needs of each patient through a tailored experience. This approach is designed to encourage frequent app usage by engaging users in care pathways that adapt to their lifestyle.

To bring this vision to life, Carol has involved students from the Master Program in User Experience Design, asking them to propose innovative ideas to improve the user experience and address market challenges. Carol's goal is to make the digital experience even more user-friendly.
