Drive the transformation of knowledge through facilitation and strategic design in collaborative and corporate environments.

The Master's in Learning Facilitation and Design Strategies is a program where you will learn how to reinvent practices, techniques, and methodologies for knowledge transfer, driving innovative ideas that promote transformation and social impact, particularly in large corporations and collaborative professional teams.

This program combines two core pillars: learning facilitation and design as a strategic process. In the practical component, you will develop skills to foster productive and meaningful dialogues between individuals and groups, making learning more effective, inclusive, motivating, and creative.

From the perspective of strategic design, the master’s explores its value as a cross-cutting and interdisciplinary tool, essential for shaping the professional profiles of the future. Thus, design becomes a fundamental language for shaping new professions and fostering innovation across various sectors.

Information to decide

A pioneering Oficial Master's program where you will learn, from a creative, critical, and collaborative approach, how to plan and evaluate innovative products, services, and projects for the educational and business sectors.

The program’s methodology will enable you to understand and interpret the complexity of the global world from a critical, reflective, diverse, and interdisciplinary perspective, equipping you with the tools to develop a strategic view of the current environment and foster a responsible dialogue with contemporary society.

Through analysis models and research methodologies, you will learn to mediate through design, collecting and interpreting information based on best practices and active roles. You will also explore how strategic design can integrate values into large organizations, driving innovation in processes and teams. In doing so, you will be trained as a professional capable of leading change in uncertain environments.

Finally, you will acquire competencies in design management to apply strategies that promote new approaches and facilitate learning within organizations. Through a theoretical-critical, practical, and methodological learning process, you will gain the necessary skills to ensure the achievement of the program’s objectives.

You will participate in projects based on challenges posed within a collaborative environment, where fluid communication—especially in decision-making—will be a key aspect. Design will serve as the central axis of your learning, integrating knowledge and practical application of methodologies, processes, or strategies, along with the acquisition of facilitation and management skills.

The program is aimed at graduates and degree holders in design, art, architecture, engineering, humanities, social sciences, and generally anyone who sees design as an innovative and transformative discipline.

The program’s outcome is the profile of a professional specialized in learning facilitation, both in traditional educational settings and in business and collaborative environments, guided by the management of strategies and innovation through design.

Upon completing the master's, you will be eligible for roles related to mediation, process facilitation, or strategy planning in consultancies, start-ups, institutions, and public and/or private organizations.

This Master's program responds to the growing need for flexible professionals with a global understanding of labor ecosystems, who act as connectors in innovation processes for companies, educational institutions, and organizations of all types.

You will be trained as an expert in innovation, capable of applying design to new challenges across various sectors, including culture, education, design, economy, collaborative work, sustainability, and the relationship between the body and spaces, among others.

Its social and collaborative approach, combined with its business and strategic application, as well as its strong cultural foundation, distinguishes it from other specialized design courses.
