Information to decide

Lead the digital future by combining creativity, technology, and critical thinking to excel in media, design, and art.

The learning method in this Master’s degree course is a project-based approach; the backbone of the entire curriculum. Students engage in a progressive series of projects - ranging from digital environments to phygital and transmedia experiences - to find solutions to real-world challenges requiring interdisciplinary solutions. Each project is a focal point for your learning experience, with the remaining subjects strategically chosen to help you acquire the skills essential for success. Modules such as "Technical Tools" and "New Media Management" give students the chance to put theory into practice in areas like 3D modelling, creative coding, and interactive technologies, directly enhancing project outcomes. What’s more, theoretical modules like "Design Culture and Society" provide a contextual framework, encouraging students to critically consider the social, cultural, and economic impact of their work. This integrative method not only develops technical and creative skills but also promotes strategic thinking and entrepreneurial abilities, preparing students for leadership roles in the constantly evolving landscape of new media.

Students entering this Master's program must hold a bachelor’s degree in design, arts, audiovisual communication, or an equivalent field to ensure they possess the fundamental skills required and are familiar with the tools commonly used in these disciplines. This prior knowledge will enable you to quickly adapt to the technical demands of the course, particularly in modules focused on creative coding, 3D modeling, and animation.

Previous experience with software such as Adobe Creative Suite, basic coding, or 3D modeling tools (like Blender or Cinema 4D) is required.

This master’s program will prepare you to embark on a successful career in digital arts, media production, web design, interactive art, or content creation. You will become a creative technologist, capable of developing complex technical solutions with a critical and goal-oriented perspective. You will develop both creative and technical skills, allowing you to easily adapt to various roles in the ever-changing media landscape.

Upon completing this master’s program, you will be qualified to work in a wide range of professional areas, such as:
