IED, Warner Music Italy, and Musa launch three scholarships to promote greater diversity of voices in the music industry.

Warner Music Italy and Musa will collaborate with IED Milano Specialization course in Music Marketing and Branding.

The aim of this partnership is to promote inclusion and diversity within the Italian music industry through the allocation of three scholarships that will cover the full course fees.

IED, Warner Music Italy, and Musa share the common goal of facilitating access to highly specialized training programs while encouraging the entry of new talents motivated to work in the music industry. The initiative seeks to promote greater diversity and new perspectives in the creative and cultural sectors.

This initiative is part of the larger IED Inclusion and Plurality project, aimed at creating a more inclusive environment by recognizing the abilities and aspirations of each individual and conveying a cultural message of awareness.

The competition and application process will open on January 7, 2025, and run until the end of the month. The preliminary phase will consider candidates' annual income and motivation. This will be followed by interviews with a jury composed of representatives from the three partnering organizations, to assess the soft skills needed for the industry and verify motivation, with a particular focus on ensuring diversity of identities and voices in the music sector.

IED Milan’s Specialization course in Music Marketing and Branding will begin on March 3, 2025.
