Jammers – designers, change-makers, innovators and citizens– from Milan and Rome met online for 5 days to reflect on and find short term solutions towards the achievement, by 2030, of the Sustainable Development Goals
The 2020 edition of the Global Goals Jam focused on the number 5 of the Global Sustainable Goals (Gender equality), as well as on SDGs 3 (Good Health and Well-Being), 13 (Climate Action) and social overeating.
It was a 5-days-workshop held online with students from different backgrounds from IED Milano and Roma. Under the umbrella of “SocialOverEating: Consumerism in the Third Millennium”, it involved different aspects, such as identity, boundaries, quality, health, space, and time of consumption. Jammers discussed different aspects of sharing their symbolic, virtual, spiritual, and experiential natures of nourishment.
