‘Movin’, by IED Barcelona student Dar Rubinstein, wins a Silver Laus Award

Dar Rubinstein, Bachelor’s of Arts in Graphic Design, pathway in Motion Graphics and Video, won a Silver Laus Award in the last edition of the annual graphic design awards. Her proposal Movin was in the students category (free work/advertising) and was tutored by Borja Martinez (LoSiento Studio).
Moving tops the list of most stressful life events. Movin aims to break the conventional perception of moving companies, to create a safe space for its clients and to shed some light on those trying times.
The visual identity is based on the values of empathy, humor and transparency. The use of typography represents the juxtaposition between physical baggage and emotional baggage.
