Strawberry Cake

Set in the early 2000s in a quiet Japanese suburb, Strawberry Cake tells the story of Akemi, a shy and introverted girl grappling with her fears and frustrations. Akemi spends her days helping her parents in their family-run laundromat, but behind her reserved smile lies a secret that haunts her.
The project was created by students from the Bachelor’s Degree in CG Animation: Mariacristina Antonietta Falletta, Greta Giano, Stefano Davighi, Enrico Girelli, Giulia Goggi, Francesca Valente, and by Niccolò Gabrieli from the Bachelor’s Degree in Sound Design.
