The "OLTRE" project represents the complete transformation of the existing Hotel San Paolo into a "smArt" Hotel, a place for exchange and interaction for various educational processes and a gathering center for artists, creatives, and thinkers.

Following the corporate philosophy of the Bros Group, a new concept of polysensorial hospitality has been developed to stimulate new experiences.

The design process involved the expertise of artisans and small local entities, thereby maintaining a strong connection with the territory. This approach aims to reinterpret traditional values, using them as tools to communicate a new culture of respect for nature.

"OLTRE" is not just a hotel, but an experience that blends innovation and tradition, creating an environment that invites reflection, creativity, and interaction among people.
