This research-based project explores new potential for architects and designers through the integration of AI into all aspects of architectural design and development, especially for an environment such as the metaverse. The goal is to use AI tools to conceptualise, design, and build immersive virtual spaces that push boundaries we are not used to challenging on a daily basis. The project balances two perspectives: the logical one, represented by AI, and the emotional one, represented by human participation.
The end result is a pavilion that serves as an exploratory space for users, showcasing the potential of AI to revolutionise the workflows of architects and designers, as well as being a reflection on the limitations of AI, the evolving role of designers, and the importance of basing AI creations on the human beings behind them.
