This menswear collection invites a change of perspective on the world, bringing to mind the subversive potential of clothing.

In the face of banality and conventionality, clothes become instruments of dissent against standardisation and conditioning, opening up unprecedented paths to their own truth. His garments are worn like a kind of armour to the outside world: the man who wears them has a perpetually dreamy air and a noble, if tormented, soul.

He wears comfortable trousers and crumpled blazers; his cuffs, which are too long, slip over his hands almost as if to prevent him from using his smartphone; he prefers large bags that camouflage his body, almost like an extra layer of protection to tackle the present. Dress codes appropriate traditions and formal canons of the contemporary to create an alternative to impositions and prejudices, a warning for a new beginning.

The collection mixes formal and provocative elements, rigour and delicacy, body and lightness, fluidity and rigidity within a tension between opposites that serves to legitimise errors, imperfections, asymmetries and the uncertainty of form. On an aesthetic level, we find surfaces punctually ruffled by layering effects and the copious use of cuts, with the resulting sense of precariousness and carelessness, which is only superficial.
