Erreà, in collaboration with the European Institute of Design (IED) in Milan, has developed four new custom typefaces for the numbering on its sports products.
This initiative was made possible thanks to the contribution of IED Milan and the supervision of Professor Nunzio Mazzaferro, a type and graphic designer from Collletttivo. The project involved an international team of students from the Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design: Alessandro Gallina, Arina Ilchenko, Daniele Colombo, Daria Varcalli, Anka Pavlovic, Camilla Pessina, Simone Passante, and Tamara Hruska.
The result of this collaboration is the new typefaces named Midfield Pro, Korner, Offside, and Ace, which will be used for numbering and personalizing a wide range of Erreà products, including sports jerseys, sweatshirts, and training suits.
