A concept car that traces the aesthetics of the iconic 1966 Alfa Romeo Giulia Spider Duetto, which helped make the brand famous in the United States. The Gloria retains the elegance and prestige typical of sedans, with comfortable space for both front and rear passengers. The car features the latest generation V6 - V8 twin-turbo engine, and features distinctive Alfa Romeo brand elements such as the shield on the front.
The model was developed in collaboration with Pirelli, OZ Racing and built by CECOMP, Model Resine, NCS - New Cast Services and Pirelli
Gloria is the brainchild of Alexandros Liokis (Greece) with the support of Mayur Pipaliya (India), Mete Can Aydinoglu (Turkey), Uyum Caglayan (Turkey), Giuseppe Campo (Italy), Kenny Chan (Malaysia), Janmejay Desai (India), Ranbir Kalha (India), Denis Maltz Bin (Brazil), Carlos Palacios Berengena (Spain) worked on the project, Alexander Protsenko (USA), Chaitanya Rajwade (India), Jose Manuel Ramirez Morente (Spain), Marco Rissetto (Italy), Dollie Sahertian (Indonesia), Baek Seung Yup (Korea), Dong Myoung Shin (Korea), Fernando Alberto Valdes Ambia (Mexico), Junu Yook (Korea) and Yuan Zhang (China), students of the Master of Arts in Transportation Design - work experience a. a. Aldo Maria Sica, a third-year student in the three-year post-diploma course in Transportation Design IED Turin - a.y. 2012/2013, collaborated on some of the design phases.
