Jonathan Wajskol, founder of designwajskol, a multidisciplinary communication and identity design studio based in New York City, led the students of the Master's Degree in Visual Communication through a series of meetings aimed at developing a personal visual research project to tell the story of the city of Milan.
The instructor guided the students through the process of research and experimentation, both inside and outside the classroom, starting from an existing visual language and progressing toward the creation of a new, personal visual strategy and identity, through documentation, research, and socio-cultural and critical analysis.
It was a unique opportunity to develop and enhance the ability to create visual systems, using both analog and digital media.
