Crisálida (Chrysalis) is an intimate collection that reflects the student’s personal and creative evolution by setting up a comparison with the metamorphosis of butterflies.
She has used a bright palette of colours such as brown, purple, green and orange in order to do this, as well as a mix of fabrics such as taffeta, velvet and silk.
The garments also feature prints made from illustrations of her own creation, an artistic facet that is deeply present in the designer, given that drawing has been a refuge and form of expression for her ever since she was a child.
