Currently in charge as Creative Talent Acquisition Manager within OTB, supporting all the Portfolio Brands (Diesel, Maison Margiela, Marni, Viktor & Rolf, Jil Sander) Rina dedicates her entire career to Fashion, working for more than 3 decades on Design and Product Development for various Companies. On 2004 Rina joined OTB Group as Head of R&D and Style Coordinator for 55DSL where she worked until 2013, then she had a short yet intense experience on DieselBlackGold and she finally embraced the role of Style office Coordinator and R&D Director for Diesel Collections, before landing on his actual activity as scouting, mentoring, promoting OTB group.
On January 17th during the Talk "Ideas First", Rina will speak to the IED Firenze fashion students about the importance of the creativity supporting Fashion Brands on the Business growth.
