The Glitch Camp is the first urban camping during Milano Design Week for students from all over the world

The Glitch Camp is the first free urban camping powered by IED which we offer in cooperation with the Comune di Milano and Milanosport S.p.A. Our goal is to make the city more accessible to students from all over the world thanks to a free service that allows them to experience Milan Design Week and its many events first-hand.

The camp will be located in the same space as last year: Enrico Cappelli - Savorelli Sports Center.

In the hustle and bustle of the city, The Glitch Camp offers a different space and time to explore and approach design. A shared space for the design community and beyond willing to experience time from day to night, surrounded by thought-provoking programming about the different ways of making use of time.

Beyond the fact that offers an alternative for young students to visit Milano Design Week and make the city more accessible, the leisure and sport facilities that host the camping brings another thought on which uses do those spaces have in people’s free time: is it possible to reappropriate free time through design?
