How to look at objects nowadays? How many interactions do they suggest? What values do they embody?
We are flying back to Miami to attend the Alcova Miami event, which will take place from December 3 to 8 at the city’s oldest hotel, River Inn.
Two of our IED alumni will showcase their projects at the South River Drive Historic District in East Little Havana, a few steps from the Miami River. Jonathan Bocca (IED Firenze) and Carolina Balcázar (IED Madrid) will present their designs as part of the collective exhibition, “How do we look at objects nowadays?”
In one of the rooms from the River Inn visitors will be invited to look at domestic objects differently and think about the interactions they suggest or the values they embody. A space that opens a conversation about the limits of physical objects and the interaction between them and spaces.
Don’t miss it!
