In order to increase its academic value and institutional positioning, IED is strongly focussed on establishing collaborations. These are based on academic agreements with higher education institutions from all over the world, especially those which favour cultural exchange, the creation of shared knowledge and the sharing of good practices.

Below, you can see the main methods of collaboration developed with partner institutions, indicating the place and method of implementation:

@IED

Collaborations that foresee a mobility period at IED, following an agreement between institutions.

Mobility for title is aimed at awarding the participating students with a title recognised by IED (e.g. Level I Academic Diploma). This type of collaboration requires the academic institutions involved to be accredited by a recognised body.

Types of Mobility for Title:

  • Structured mobility programmes (Double Title)
  • Completion

The purpose of credit mobility is to enable students from partner institutions to carry out a period of mobility in one of the IED programmes accredited by the MUR, resulting in the awarding of credits that can be transferred to the educational pathway at the home institution. This type of collaboration requires the academic institutions involved to be accredited by a recognised body.

Types of  Mobility for Credits:

The main purpose of Mobility for Content is to enable students from the partner institution to carry out a mobility period at one of IED's locations and to acquire knowledge and skills using IED methodologies, thus enriching their academic and experiential background.
