From Him to Him

"From Him to Him" is the winning project of the Progold Design Contest 2025, during which the prestigious Italian high jewelry house Crivelli challenged the students of the Jewelry and Accessories Design course at IED Turin to create a new interpretation of men's jewelry.
Thus, a ring was born, composed of two bands, one in satin titanium and one in polished platinum, which can be worn together on a single finger to form a complete ring or shared with someone else. This ring symbolizes the bond between two people and represents a tribute to the relationships we truly value.
Inspired by the organic twists and fluid forms of Bill Thompson's sculptures, the design carries a deep symbolism: each band starts with a pentagonal shape, representing the facets of each individual's character, and internally transforms into a circle, the eternal symbol of unity and meeting points.
